Health Counseling is an integrative, unique, and a cutting-edge innovation in the health and nutrition field. As a Health Counselor, my personal approach is recognizing food selection,
preparation, and eating as a healing art.

Everyone has a relationship with food. Like any relationship, constant maintenance is required.

As you well know, transition is not black and white. Restrictions, lists of good and bad foods,
counting calories, and dwelling on fat and carbs, are not a realistic approach. This is one of many reasons why diets do not work. I work with my clients to create positive, long-term changes in a way that is flexible, free of denial, and rewarding.

Together we will discover the approach that works best for you at this point in your life. I will
help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that are comfortable and will enable you to reach
your current and future health goals. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that
best support you and your daily challenges.
