Everything in your life is connected. A holistic approach to health and wellness means that I
look at all areas of your life to see how your wellness is being impacted by each part. Stress at
your job or engaging in a strained relationship can affect your dietary choices and certainly will
affect your body’s processes. Are you not exercising because you are worn out by the end
of a work day? Does lack of sleep prevent you from putting your best self forward? As we work
together, we address all of this and so much more.

As your health coach (or health counselor) I am a resource, a guide and supportive mentor.
During our time together, you will develop a better understanding of choices that suit you best.
You will find the power to implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and long-term health.

Bio-individuality

In short, bio-individuality means that each person is unique with unique needs and
processes. "One person’s food is another person’s poison." Applying the principle of bio-individuality, will allow me to better support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs background, personal preferences, and lifestyle.

What Really Nourishes Us

Through my training I have learned we are not only fed by what we eat but also by other
circumstances in our lives. Having a career that fulfills you, staying physically active, feeling
genuine love for and from those whom you surround yourself with; and finding spirituality in a way that serves you are all examples of primary food. When primary foods are balanced, what we eat becomes secondary.
